I built and managed a highly successful sales team. I managed them by focusing on their strengths. I used Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S) to measure their performance. One of the guys I hired earned Michael Dell’s Chairman‘s Club trip. He sent me a photograph of him with Michael Dell on that trip. Or said “it all started with you.” Now that made me feel great!

I worked with the University of MN to get them on to the State of Minnesota’s Standards Program..I also got UMN a student standard’s program based on Dell Latirude laptops. They called me the Queen of Public Sector. The lady that recommended me to Dell ran a nationwide NASPO WSCA contract that the whole country used. She made the Premier Pricing Program on that nationwide contract. Any move I made pricewise had high visibility and lots of Upper Executives involved in these conversations.. Notable: the State of MN Administration Deportment recommended me to Dell. I felt great about this! 2
