•Taking Weekly and Monthly progress review meeting in order to maintain the progress as per schedule • Over all supervision, quality assurance (QA), quality control
(QC) of construction and finishing work of the project
•Estimate required materials and ordered
• Ensure proper utilization of all construction materials using in the project
• Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
• Submit monthly Physical and progress report to Roads Highways Department and consultant • Lead coordinator for overall interface work
• Interfacing with clients & consultants for acquiring approvals etc
• Mix Design for Lower Sub-Base, Upper Sub-Base. Base Course, ATB, Binder Course, Wearing Course.
• Responsible for approval of construction methodologies and risk assessment for various activities • Execution of project as per drawing provided & within the scheduled time • Responsible for all safety norms.
• Execution of road work, earthwork, aggregate. Pavement and bituminous pavement.
• Monitored the construction progress and productivity levels through progress charts, graphs, etc. and establishing further course of action. prepare quality assurance plan .quality control of earthworks, sub-grade, pavement works comprising of improved sub grade, sub-base, base course, asphaltic concrete surface course etc and also field test comprising of following.
-Asphalt mix design of different surface.
-Concrete mix design of different classes.
-LAA test, Flakiness test, MDD test, CBR test, DCP test, PI test,organic test, ACV test.
- Field density test by sand replacement method;
