• Minute Man III Systems Program Office, AF Nuclear Weapons Center April 2024 – PRESENT
Little Mountain Test Facility Modernization Acquisition Program Manager In support of the USAF Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) portfolio, I serve as the primary Acquisition Program Manager responsible for modernizing Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF) with a project portfolio totaling $1.3B. Achievements include successful development, briefing and approval of all major programmatic documents: the Early Strategy and Issues Session (ESIS), Market Research Report (MRR), Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP), Justification and Approval (J&A) document, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Statement of Work (SOW), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the FY27 LMTF Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Services Category II (S-CAT II) contract, the Advanced Radiation Environment Simulator (ARES), and the Special Access Program (SAP) 50K square foot Radiation Facility MILCON 35% facility design. Successfully reviewed supplier proposals
(Basis of Estimate and Rough Order of Magnitude) including technical reviews. Serve as the authority on the acquisition strategies to develop, implement, and execute control and management of scope, cost, schedule, and performance facets of project/program initiatives throughout the Acquisition Lifecycle. Successfully briefed executive leadership presented to USAF General officer (ICBM Program Executive Officer) and the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L)/SAE. Successfully lead engineering, contracting and financial management stakeholders.
• Sentinel Systems Directorate, AF Nuclear Weapons Center October 2023 – April 2024 Next Generation Re-entry Vehicle Capabilities, Logistics Management Specialist Served as the primary Project Manager responsible for the B1530, $2.2M Phase 2 classified renovation in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD-705) for minor military construction of the SAP accreditation to support SAP workload processing of the Next Generation Reentry Capabilities (NGRC) program. Successfully developed and managed the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to implement and execute control and management of cost, schedule and performance.
• 309 Software Engineering Directorate July 2010 – October 2023 Capital Investment Program Manager/Project Manager, Logistics Management Specialist Successfully managed a multitude of projects in support of software engineering ranging from the $300M relocation of the F-22 Raptor Aviation Integration Laboratory (RAIL) from Lockheed Martin in Georgia to B1515 at HAFB, to $82M in Capital Investment Program projects for capital equipment acquisitions, temporary facility construction, and minor military construction SAP facilities. Awarded the Department of the Air Force Certificate of Achievement in recognition of Distinguished Performance.
