Started career as an entry level technician, advancing as a team lead, shift supervisor, trainer/mentor, and service department manager. Last team managed was comprised of 16 individuals with varied skill levels. Within the midst of this timeline, mid-1998 through 2001, assisted in creating and documenting the companies first ISO:9000:2000 QMS, Accreditation and Internal Auditor status. Assisting and supporting our transition to the ISO: 9000:2008 standard.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / QUALITY MANAGER/DCA

Banking on the technical skills, I was tasked to be a liaison to the Consumer Electronics market and align our service capabilities, logistics and special project offerings with the CE space. I nurtured and created partnerships that remain in place today. Along with my main job responsibilities, I maintained our ISO status through 2018, inclusive of becoming a certified lead auditor to the ISO:9000:2015 standard. Managed all internal audits, management review and interfaced with the external surveillance auditors. Set up the internal IPC course training with our accredited MIS for internal training to the IPC610/620 and J-STD curriculum.
