Review the project material list and proposed vendor list to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Prepare shop drawings for Low-Voltage and Low-Current systems.

Compile and submit material submittals for approval.

Study and compare offers from suppliers in accordance with the Bill of Quantities

(BOQ) and specifications.

Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain offers and quotations.

Negotiate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements as outlined in the BOQ.

Monitor the approval process for submitted materials.

Prepare quantity surveying based on approved shop drawings.

Prepare and submit invoices for clients and subcontractors.

Compile handover files, including resubmission of missing inspections, closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and preparation of warranty letters and testing/commissioning documentation.

The most important issues that were resolved in the projects:

The El Salam Hospital project. involved the replacement of two Ring Main Units

(RMUs) and the installation of two additional cells in the medium voltage switchgear. This work was executed seamlessly while the hospital remained operational. To ensure uninterrupted power supply during the upgrade, an emergency generator was provided in close coordination with the electricity company.

Doctors' Residence Building .To solve the challenges off supply shortages and suspended imports, we implemented strategic alternative solutions for low current systems. This proactive approach ensured that we could maintain project timelines and deliver the project on schedule.
