Secretary to Attorney who deal with Magistrate’s Court and High Court work: - Firm under Road Accident Fund Panel

Opening and closing of files according to record.

Perform front desk duties by receiving mail and referring clients Filing/storage, tracing electronically/manually and retrieval of documents and files. Complete index and close files

Check for duplicate documents, before opening files and report on them . Allocate reference numbers and accurately capture related documents on different systems.

Attend to walk –ins clients

Ensuring the availability of stationery within the office. Provide information to clients on available services Ensure register is signed and accurately completed Open and maintain admittance register.

Ensure confirmation of meetings and management of diaries. Allocation of matters to responsible handlers/attorneys. Draft and send out letters to all Plaintiff’s Attorneys as required.
