My successful career has given me considerable experience as a seasoned UX/UI designer. I bring to the company better user experience in B2B and B2C, specializing in e-commerce and UCaaS. Designing for both web platforms and mobile applications. UX/UI designer freelance Flamba AI June 2025 – present Helping Flambа AI building an AI app for kids: bring their ideas to life through thoughtful design. I work with the team on UX consultations, visuals, and presentations, making sure the product is fun, intuitive, and engaging for young users.
Lead UX/UI designer Health and Help August 2024 – June 2025 Volunteer as UX/UI designer in a charity organisation that builds clinics and provides medical help in central America.
My role is leading and mentoring the team of 3 junior UX/UI designers, helping with designing interfaces for the website and donor dashboard to simplify and improve donors experience. I worked on a design system that included design tokens such as fonts, colours, spaces. Also created a component library in figma. I consistently contributed to a diversity of projects, such as the UCaaS platform, video conferencing solutions, mobile applications, and web applications.
● Took features from discovery to delivery across UCaaS platforms, video conferencing, and mobile/web apps: starting with user research and requirements gathering.
Integrated research and analytics into workflows, validating ideas with real user data and ensuring design decisions were evidence-based.
● Designed and iterated solutions in Figma using design tokens and reusable components, ensuring scalability and consistency across enterprise products.
● Partnered with developers to align design with code libraries, providing detailed documentation in Confluence to ensure smooth implementation. Conducted accessibility audits (WCAG), created guidelines for testing and designing more inclusive experiences, and collaborated with teams to adopt them.

Additionally, I've gained practical experience by working directly with the Art Director on a project for four months.
