At Rosen Inn International I have the pleasure of helping guests with their reservation(s) which includes checking guests in and out informing them what is included with their reservation if there are any special perks. Also, I listen to the guest to get a clear understanding of any issues and/or concerns the guest may have and complete the correct procedures to get the guest complete satisfaction. Additional duties that I have given myself working at the front desk I look over the business center, I receive packages and/or organize all packages by name and date. I also make sure the front desk is cleaned and stocked before my shift and after. It’s my pleasure to work for Rosen and I plan on growing within the company.

Apprentice 2018-2023

I started chipotle In Feb 2018, I started out as a crew member doing basic duties such as preparing and stocking up the store before it opens, assembling bowls and being a cashier. A year later 2019 I got a promotion to be a kitchen manager. My duty as a kitchen manager was to have the knowledge of all the food and drinks count in the store and to also make sure to prepare the ingredients needed for the day based on the report information! Year 3 with the company I got offer a service manager position. Exciting, but a challenge at first. I had to deal with complaints, not only from customers but within my team for the shift. Also had to assist the kitchen manager with their duties to make sure when the store is open it will be a smooth workday for each shift. Also, I had the power to open and close the store.

With this role came with making store orders, making sure myself and my team were following food safety! Had the pleasure to be a service manager for 2 years and then I became an Apprentice where my role was to be a leader and provide guidance to my team. Assist the store general manager in overseeing the teamwork and making sure the store was running smoothly and to Assist with the upkeeping of the store! Make sure each customer was treated with respect. This role truly helped with my problem-solving skills and helped me understand the true value of teamwork.

Being a beauty advisor was such a fun job. I had the pleasure of giving knowledge about hair, hair products and tools to a diversity of people. I was also trained to be a cashier where I was able to cash out customers, give a refund and/or exchange. I had to answer the phone call(s) for the store stating my name and store location. I learned from the job that everybody IS different and how important it is to have knowledge in any field you choose to work in.
