I have an extensive 24+ years of experience in IT data center capacity planning, operation,,business, finance, and management fields, combined with broad detailed knowledge in Telecommunication and Information systems solutions, and banking industries.

Ossama acted as a corner stone in launching Vodafone Egypt’s data center including its tier level, design, capacity planning, and future forecast along with building related serving teams from scratch (Capacity Planning,Project management, Operations, and Budget control).

Securing the backend IT datacenter, it was time to move forward to cover the back office layer of the department to utilize my best practice experience to setup the required management and operations processes.

Ossama contributed in Managing almost all the implementation and upgrades of the applications in Vodafone Egypt from the infrastructure side & capacity planning. Those applications includes ERP),Billing, Data Warehouse, Revenue assurance etc..
