Started providing sales and marketing support and telephone software tech support for users with a CRM relational database software product that also tracks investments and insurance products the company sold to insurance and investment producers. As the company moved from Foxbase (DOS) to Visual Foxpro to Microsoft SQL server, I tested installs of the database and workstation software on all Windows desktop and server operating systems.

Tested integrations with outside software with the program. For example: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google, Financial Planning software, Financial and Insurance downloads, and Contact data importing.
