Mr. Sullivan managed Federal IC and DoD programs. He performed program planning, scheduling, risk management, communications, budgeting, cost and schedule control, personnel management, and reporting for each program. Mr. Sullivan prepared monthly customer status reports and provided status presentations to the customer and the company’s senior leadership. Mr. Sullivan was a member of the Business Development organization responsible for seeking new IC and DoD opportunities, conducting opportunity analysis, and preparing Request For Information (RFI) and proposal responses as a Senior Solution Architect/Senior Proposal Manager/Writer. Mr. Sullivan supported significant process improvement efforts that implemented all CMMI Level 2 and 3 processes for a large federal IC organization, utilizing agile and Six Sigma methodologies.
