Familiarization with the equipment’s being used by the customers like SBC, AVAYA, IP PBX, IP phones, SIP phones and Mediatrix.

Initiate trouble tickets for system-related issues impacting customer testing and/or activation

Responsibility:

Activating WAN Connection of corporate clients and connecting them to Verizon’s MPLS Network.

Troubleshoot WAN Activation Issues.

Performs Bit Error Test (BERT)

Coordinates with different Partner Telecoms (PTTs) for successful delivery of Circuits to clients.

Performs appropriate escalation of WAN activation issues.

Handles projects as requested by the management.

Create network trouble ticket and escalate if necessary to resolve the issue in minimum time.
