Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with compliance objectives.

Translate business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.

Partner with cross-functional teams to design workflows, dashboards, and reporting features that meet evolving program needs.

Support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases and validating system functionality.

Contribute to a collaborative, onsite Agile team environment where knowledge sharing and joint ownership of outcomes are core values.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile delivery.

Strong background in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Experience in compliance-driven or reporting-focused projects is highly desirable.

Certifications such as CBAP or CSPO are a plus.
