• Monitor and maintain accurate stock Levels to meet operational.
• Prepare the stock report for sales Teams on daily basis.
• Prepare reconciliation of the SAP or Dynamic 365 stock with the warehosue stock report on daily basis.
• Confirm the stock difference with the warehouse and provide the debit note on case of shortage in warehosue.
• Conduct regular audit to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Received Inbound container and send mail in the case of discrepancy report to vendor for Claim.
• Prepare the reconciliation report Picking List with Inbound Container, Monitoring inbound container stock, release in warehosue and receiving in system.
• Stock transfer to branches First in first out batch wise and selling the most recent added stock first
(LIFO), selling the oldest stock (FIFO).
• Generate and present details inventory ageing reports to management
• Tracking Inventory in batches to Monitor quality and traceability
• Co-ordinate with procurement, sales, and warehosue teams to ensure seamless inventory operations
• Handling purchase, entire sales process in SAP & Dynamic 365, ERP channels, invoicing and delivery and maintaining sales report.
• Coordinating with sales team & suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
