Job duties included working with County Tax Administration Offices to settle taxpayer appeals of assessed values determined by counties for mass appraisal taxation of real property. Having a background in appraising commercial properties was beneficial in settling more complex appeals. Over 20 years’ experience in fee and tax appraisal.

Chief Real Estate Appraiser with Johnston County Tax Administration Office 2006-2012, responsible for reviewing county appraiser’s work.
