• Serve as L2 Network Engineer within the Network Operations Centre (NOC) for a large-scale State Bank of India project, managing critical incidents and operations across Data Centres (DCs) and branch sites.

• Managed and supported PAN India WAN and LAN network operations for SBI branches and 4 major Data centres, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Provided expert network-level justification and troubleshooting for application, server slowness, device/server unreachable, and URL unreachable issues.
