Maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet detailing all amounts disbursed on behalf of site operators and submit this to the finance department by the last day of each month.

Prepare all required Gazette and newspaper advertisements, reserving column space at least two weeks prior to the intended publication date.

Diligently collect all outstanding documentation within your responsibilities and ensure all files are prepared for submission, including current and pending information for the respective batch.

Timely dispatch update letters pertaining to site operator applications to applicants.

Monitor all licensed site operators for any changes in financial interest and ensure that a notification letter is sent to the Board immediately. Additionally, submit the application to the Board within thirty days.

Verify that appropriate tax clearance certificates have been obtained for applicants.

Before submission, ensure that applications for Type B licenses, increases, changes in floor plans, or other material changes, as well as transfers, relocations, and changes in financial interest, are promptly completed and submitted to the Gambling Board.

Compile a comprehensive monthly status report of all site operator applications and forward this report to the Group Operations Director before the close of business on the first Friday of each month.
