Greetings! This cover letter is a brief outline of my suitability for a highly motivated Senior Process Engineer/ Lead Senior Scientist/ Project manager position to join the esteemed team. I have almost 22 years of industrial project management and research and development in academics including as research professor experience on chemistry, chemical engineering, metallurgy, metallurgical extractions, functionalization of molecules, leaching, mineral processing, renewable energy, Green chemistry, environmentally friendly molecular design, in the design, commissioning and/or operational experience of pyrometallurgical equipments, hydrometallurgy, modeling of pyrometallurgical equipment and systems- metsims, labview,, thermodynamic and kinetic Density functional theory calculations, design and synthesis of functionizations as per materials requirements for multiple applications. My wide experiences and multi talents lead me to strong project management and engineering version control management skills. I have the ability to lead processing engineering tasks on a project, within the allocated budget and schedule, including mentoring and guidance of junior colleagues and professional interaction with other project disciplines. Currently, I am working as a Senior Scientist at a Therapeutic Company in Florida. I lead many projects including Nanotechnology, electrochemistry, atomic force and scanning tunneling microscopy techniques, spectroscopic methodologies, organic materials, sensors and laser techniques. Besides this I am one of the directors of AJIRC Pvt Ltd India and we are a leading manufacturers of Dr. Amar's Perfect Hand Sanitizers'' to serve the community by providing high quality isopropyl alcohol based sanitizers and other products in India. AJIRC has manufactured various metal purified products, of other pharmaceutical, cosmetic and household items since 2018.

Just before that, I was working as a visiting Assistant Professor at the Chemical Engineering Department, University of Washington, Seattle, Washington. My role was to lead the Urea removal as part of an artificial kidney development project. We have successfully achieved the goal by electro-oxidation fuel cell type device to mimic kidney function and subsequent continuous flow system. My duty was to assist in the development of a urea removal system as part of a wearable artificial kidney, a collaborative project involving the northwest kidney centers and University of Washington Medicine under Centre for dialysis innovation (CDI). I was in charge of developing the urea fuel cell system, its testing and characterization, overall function including long term testing and minimizing weight and footprint. Till 2017, I worked as a Research Assistant Professor working at the Metallurgy, University of Utah, USA on a variety of projects including synthesis of new organic molecules for materials applications, selective electrodes for water quality monitoring, membranes for sensors, separation, surfactants, powder production, synthesis of new organic molecules for photochromic materials, solar cell applications, surface modifications on titanium nanotubes, nanomaterials and nanocomposites, coal energy production via chemical degradation, zirconium recovery from mixed acid project, gold recovery project and so on(Amarchand SATHYAPALAN Research Assistant Professor University of Utah, Utah UOU Department of Metallurgical Engineering). I have explored most useful metals from the periodic table such as Fe, Ti, Zr,W, Cu, Ni, Mg, Ca, Ba, Be, Zn, Cd, Hg, Pb, La, Sm, Pr, Nd etc. and is an expert in making complexes and leaching and extractions in challenging and innovative routes. I am a legal Permanent resident of the United States and do not require a VISA sponsorship.

My previous projects include selective modification of DNA bases for sequencing through nanopores, Synthesis of ionophores and applications on ion selective electrodes, nanoparticles, synthesis of carbohydrate derivatives (such as carbohydrate-aniline) etc. Till 2007 May, I worked on Guided Self Assembly Process for
