Skills & Abilities
·Worked in the cabinetry business for 30 years and acquired excellent communication skills as Shop Forman for 15 of those years.
·Experience with chemical usage and storage safety.
·Knowledge with the operation and maintenance of various machine usage large or small: spray equipment, table saws routers, milling equipment, electrical and forklift.
·Experience with reading blueprints and acquired precise attention to details
·Proper practice of cutting various Teklam products. “Eating Out” edges of various Teklam products and sealing with edge fill.
·Drilling and preparing various inserts for potting and the use of panel pins and potting to integrate parts together.
·Basic Wet fiberglass layup with vacuum with or without oven
·Basic “prepreg” fiberglass layup with vacuum and oven. Basic surface prep of various Teklam before primer or corrosion protection.
·I have also been able to apply my expertise of woodworking machinery to adapt those skills.
