Audubon Oil and Gas - Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Mississippi.

Working in several states on multiple jobs surveying large easement properties in preparation to install natural gas and oil trunk lines for future petroleum product distribution. This operation normally ran approximately one to two days ahead of actual pipeline operation installations.

This organization derived from a desire to provide more targeted services than those that were offered at the time in southeast Oklahoma. Starting a with a small team of mental health professionals, LXE grew to the fourth largest outpatient behavioral health provider in the state of Oklahoma in only four short years. The Executive Director role provided significant exposure to and experience in developing strong program structures. The operations team excelled in identifying the barriers to access and overcoming them with affordable and comprehendible approaches tailored to each community and population.

The Executive Director role carried with it some but not all, of the duties listed below:

Developed and retain qualified staff

Evaluated patient care procedural changes for effectiveness;

Oversight of the creation and implementation of annual goals, objectives, and multi-million dollar operational budgets;

Served as liaison to the community;

Developed strategic relationships with systemically beneficial health care and social services agencies.

Program Director

Southern Oklahoma Treatment Services (SOTS) - Atoka, Oklahoma

A multi-modality behavioral health and substance abuse provider, SOTS provided an excellent opportunity to evaluate existing programs that had a potential need of redevelopment. This organization offered the ability to practice and refine therapeutic skillsets for two years, followed by the opportunity of Program Manager. As such, the outpatient and in-patient programs, operated in silos, were evaluated for co-dependencies and operational overlaps. Throughout the process, treatment programs for all severity levels were refined to cross-operate based on provider strengths. Additionally, interagency training programs were created to broaden the capabilities of licensed and certificate level providers.

Start-up Operations

Transitions - Office for Drug and Alcohol recovery - Mead Oklahoma

Instrumental in the set up and successful operation of a drug and alcohol recovery complex. Developed treatment plans for substance abuse clients and conducted daily therapy to address associated mental health issues. Turned this operation around into a much needed and profitable recovery center that was originally struggling to stay open.
