As a Chocolate Studio Retail Assistant, my role was to create an exceptional customer experience while assisting in the daily operations of the store.

My responsibilities included:

Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service.

Process sales transactions and operate the POS system. Maintain stock levels and ensure product displays are attractive. Package chocolates for retail and corporate gifting. Keep the store clean and uphold hygiene standards. Support promotions, marketing, and seasonal campaigns. Work as part of a team to meet sales targets.
