Worked closely with partners throughout the Intelligence Community to consolidate valuable information into strategic, analytic intelligence. Enhance intelligence collection capabilities and disseminate raw intelligence against priority collection requirements and intelligence gaps. Worked with children with developmental disabilities, primarily autism, to support behavioral growth and daily living skills. Developed and implemented individualized behavioral plans, created visual aids, and provided in-home support to families to address behavioral challenges.
Also served as a relief supervisor, overseeing staff and ensuring quality of care and adherence to treatment plans.
