Manage the independent quality control (quality validation) for the elevated section of the railroad supported by large diameters and deep CIDH’s and bridges over the railroad, and pedestrian bridges. Responsible for United States Agency for International Development (USAID) strategy and operations related to the quality of infrastructures design, construction and quality management of civil engineering projects in Western Afghanistan. Served as Senior Design & Project Engineer for a mega project in Edmonton, Canada. This project was for Petro Canada, and the work included design and construction of rail roads, overpasses, reginal airport, and other infrastructures upgrades as well as construction of a 2-mile detour road around the affected construction area. The entire budget for the project was over $US12 Billion including a few Design/Build contracts.
