Extensive experience in directing business solution transformations, integrations and implementations, specializing in the retail sector (Albertsons, Safeway, Supervalu, and UNFI) supporting organizations with employee populations ranging from 39,000 to over 230,000. My experience stretches across Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Financial applications with an emphasis on HRIS. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles; Sr Director of HRIS, IT Manager, and Project Leader. These projects consist of meeting the business needs for the design or acquisition of replacement systems with a focus on continuous improvement.

My expertise over the years has led me to successfully direct and support HR Information Systems while providing direction on several acquisitions / mergers of various sizes. I have extensive experience in driving business initiatives, project planning, and coordination of implementation efforts. With a focus in the functional and technical components of Oracle’s HCM (HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials), UKG Time Keeping, and multiple Talent Acquisition applications (Taleo, Fleetworthy, and First Advantage).

Director – Sr. Director HRIS Shared Services, Jan 2018 – Current

Directing a HRIS organization, consisting of over 50 associates that supports an organization with 39,000 active employees.

Responsible for day-to-day administration and strategic direction for HRIS applications (ATS, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time Attendance). Assisting the organization in defining the best business model, providing the highest degree of associate experience. Working closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to determine best practices in handling both mergers and acquisitions when they arise.

Assisted in the transformation project to Oracle Cloud in preparation for new financial ERP in 2018.

Responsible for overseeing the quality and release management for all applications supporting HRIS organization. Including working with IT and other business areas to provide direction in implementation, testing and training of HCM applications.
