DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST: MAIN RESPONSIBILITY/OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

Perform MRI,CT-Scan Examination with or without contrast perform General X-ray Flouroscopy,Dental X-ray to provide a good quality MRI,CT -Scan procedures and Dental X-ray which will help to the radiologist to come up with a good and accurate findings that will help to patients work up examination,to promote the recovery to the patients as well establishing a good professional relationship woth working colleagues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MACHINE OPERATED:

Responsible for MRI procedures in accordance with established hospital procedures. Responsible for technical quality of radiographs and proper functoning of equipment within drsignated areas.

Responsible for delegated areas of authority in performance of routine procedures which require little no supervison.

Responsible for other unrelated duties such as,maintain record of MR examination taken stock and supplies.

Responsible for performing unrelated duties which may required during emergencies. Identities and places films or CD in the correct envelopes and requistions for interpretations by the radiologist.

Maintain daily record of all work done within the department . Enters all services code on the request.

Assist in other duties as requested by the chief/First Radiologist /First Radiologist Soecialist/Chef Techinician.

Providing effecient,caring,and professional services to all patients while assisting the imaging staff to complete examinations professionally and completely wuthin the schedule time. Excellent caring confident,and professiona communication with patients,staff amd referrers to all time.
