Spent 5 years conducting investigations of abuse or neglect. This required me to work with several different departments and agencies in the community such as LEA, doctors, school, and mental health providers. I trained new workers for several years, I was involved in difficult investigations such as fatalities and participated in county and state reviews for fatality investigations. I have been trained in Crisis Response training which can be use in times of crisis and high stress situations. My last 5 years were spent as a supervisor. In this position I was responsible for a unit of 5-10 workers. I monitored their work, reviewed all incoming assessments and reports, managed several different spreadsheets to monitor work, sat on several boards and ran several different monthly meetings.
