• As a Development Coach at Melwood, my primary responsibility is to help adults with disabilities improve their quality of life and meet their needs. This includes working with them to set realistic goals and develop action plans to achieve those goals, providing support and guidance along the way. Additionally, I help connect individuals with resources and services in the community that can help them reach their goals. I also provide advocacy services, if needed. I started working at Melwood in August of 2021 and am still employed there.
