Started out on the ground floor of several businesses within the Pacific Northwest, being hired as a Production forklift driver, learning every forklift position within every company, almost every machine operation job, then being promoted within the company to Sanitation Supervisor, Production Supervisor, or (at the very least) a relief driver. Have even had to drive a truck and heavy equipment as a Supervisory role.

Anthony Graham (509) 490 – 4472

2931 Maple St.

Longview, WA. 98632

Education Experience:

Riverside Community College, Riverside, CA.: In 1998, studied and received my GED from Riverside Community College in the city of Riverside, CA. Had a 3.7 G.P.A. in Delphi Academy before achieving my G.E.D. at the community college.

Riverside Community College, Moreno Valley, CA.: Between 1999 and 2002 studied and achieved my Associates degree from Riverside Community College majoring in computer science and advanced English.

Resume/Work Experience 1:

Sunrype Concentrates, Wapato, WA:

07/04/2009 – 09/12/2016

Started out as a Dumper, Production Forklift Driver, driving in super tight rows with a dumper, dumping 400 bins of fruit a day. Then moved inside the plant after my first year and a half of work to learn almost every machine operation position there was. The decanters, the evaporators, the filters final processing, cold room and loading trucks on both ends of Production. Then I was promoted to Production Supervisor assigned to night shift, the swing shift Supervisor stepped down, then I was responsible for two shifts of management. As the Supervisor I was able to relieve any position of operator, load trucks for traffic legal weight limitations, produce final specifications agreeable to customer’s final specifications, the amount produced was beneficial, but the specifications must be spot on or close.

Responsible for managing 20 plus employees plus printing out a custom Excel spreadsheet that contours explanations of the previous Production recorded shifts. Added onto this spreadsheet was temperature-controlled Pasteurizer charts, Evaporation temp control charts, and critical control point charts all turned in directly to the Plant Manager every day. Sanitation was also conducted by machine operators so that had to be closely monitored plus the addition of C.I.P. charts.

Jewel Apple (Roche Subsidiary), Yakima, WA:

09/12/2016 – 05/04/2021

Started out as a Production Forklift driver, hauling sizes of apple weighing approximately 4000 pounds a load across busy traffic (from a cold room), into a high traffic production area. Then I would load each individual fruit bin on a dumper (two different machines), take the empties, stack them, put them away, go pull more proper sized fruit. Then after a few years I learned every forklift driver position at the plant (8 different jobs in total), and could relieve each one of them. So, when any forklift driver called off, an employee would cover my job so I could cover theirs. Then they promoted me to Sanitation Supervisor for an average of 20 employees to clean 20 million dollars’ worth of complicated, intricate machinery to be accomplished overnight to, then be ready for production in the morning.

Portland Bottling Company, Portland, Or:

09/17/2021 – 03/15/2023

Was hired as a Production Forklift driver for Swing shift. Started driving a single forklift that turns into a double then back to a single. Never drove one before, but after I got used to it my job attributes went way up. My co-worker quit as well so I was stuck doing a two-person Production job for three to four months. I could set up Production for the next day, run Production by myself, and load all cardboard and cans without ever being behind. Then I started learning the forklift driver job in Building 6 (repack) and how to load trucks of finished product. For overtime, I could come into work and do both jobs with extreme efficiency. I even started going to the other plant in Clackamas and learning the forklift driver positions.

Summary:

I have had a steady work history of 25 years within Manufacturing, Food Processing, Production/Employee/Personnel management. I have driven just about every type of forklift, and I have been a machine operator for over one hundred different machines for 10 different companies. Every place I have worked have wanted to promote me from within, (whether it was the plant manager at Sunrype, Felix Cordova (Plant Manager Jewel Apple), or Supervisors at Portland Bottling teaching me every forklift position. The only reason I had to leave some of these employers was because my wife of 17 years became violently ill from hospital medication, and no doctor could figure it out. Unbelievably, a sports doctor in eastern Washington has figured out her pain and I have been ready to go back to work at a rewarding workplace. Use analytical reasoning for workplace conundrums, difficulties; if I step into a supervisory role I always treat others how I would like to be treated, I am most amiable and friendly to everyone but I take business 100% serious and policy breaking is never a bend.
