Description:

This project involved building an enterprise-level Mobilization Assessment Dashboard for tracking the adoption of agile practices across product and product line teams. The dashboard helps leadership monitor progress, coach teams, and prioritize improvements by visualizing sprint-level responses across nine agile practice categories (“proof points”). Key views included color-coded matrix heatmaps at the product and product line levels, drilldowns into responses, scoring logic (Green/Yellow/Red), and trend tracking across sprints. Roles & Responsibilities:

Developed a Mobilization Dashboard to visualize sprint-wise adoption levels of agile practices using matrix visuals with RAG (Red–Amber–Green) indicators.

Built DAX measures for calculating proof point scores, % adoption, and change across sprints based on Yes/No/NA responses.

Created row and column aggregations using weighted scores: Green = 1, Yellow = 0.5, Red = 0.

Designed drill-downs to question/answer-level views with filters for product, sprint, and proof point.

Built tooltips to show detailed scoring breakdown and user comments justifying responses.

Applied field parameters and slicers to toggle between sprints and product lines dynamically.

Managed all backend logic including color rules, scoring tiers, and % green aggregation using Power BI DAX and conditional formatting.
