Law Enforcement Deputy (Pasco Sheriff’s Office): State law and local ordinance law enforcement, traffic laws and regulations, constitutional enforcement. Help to aid in the apprehension of suspected criminals. During my time with the Sheriff’s Office I led and aided in the investigations of crimes that ranged from computer fraud/theft to murder cases and had an excellent case clearance rate.

Senior Generalist, Labor Relations

Leads and assists in company Fact-Finding and Respectful Workplace investigations. Coordination and system maintenance and reporting to the Employee and Labor Relations function and activities for all TECO Energy and affiliate companies. Activities include but are not limited to: developing critical schedules; soliciting, researching, and/or consolidating information used for company/labor-union contract negotiations, other union activities and Employee Status Review Committee and case development coordination; Responding to and appearing on the behalf of all affiliate companies for Unemployment claims and appeal hearings. Creating, tracking, auditing covered bid qualifications; Developing and maintaining department systems and databases for labor grievances/arbitration, covered employee seniority and payroll update requests. Leading and responding to 2nd step grievances which includes meeting with union leadership and authoring responses on behalf of Tampa Electric leadership. Responsible for the facilitation of the company’s Positive Discipline training and records, as well as the successful administration of the program.
