Currently I’m placed in Amazon Development Centre India as a customer service associate for Indian and North American customers. My Role as a customer service associate is Look into customer concerns of pre order query, customers’ questions on post order query, cashback related queries and escalations, Amazon offers, identifying and handling concession customer customers, concerns on damaged and defective items. The role includes handling replacement and refund related issues. Creating return pickups or guiding the customers to self return item and explaining the return and refund procedure to customer. Key role includes Handling at the least of 80 to the maximum of 120 contacts per day during peak through Chats, Mails and Messages.

I ran a company with my Partner at R.S Puram from 2020 to 2025.
