Duties and responsibilities

Concrete plant

Checking quality of sand, aggregates and Portland cement,

keeping concrete mix design proportion, slump of fresh concrete at production time and as casting place, responsible for preparing concrete cylinder molds and checking the 7th and 28th days compressive strength for both classes of concrete (i.e.& C), preparing precast box culverts and short span slabs.

In addition, responsible for proper functioning of batching plant.

Crushing plant

Starting from selecting quarry sites responsible for

Producing different types of aggregates having different sizes, for cement concrete, asphalt concrete and base course material. Furthermore, responsible for quality of aggregate during production, selecting mixing proportion for base course material, checking mixing procedure for base course at mixing yard.

In addition, worked on production scheduling as per material consumption.

Asphalt plants

Responsible for quality of asphalt concrete at the time of production, checking the different kinds of aggregate for the production of asphalt concrete, mixing proportion of aggregates, temperature of bitumen and hot bin aggregates, grading of each hot bin aggregates, grading of each hot bin aggregates, sampling asphalt concrete directly from plant opening, preparing Marshall molds and checking bulk specific gravity and maximum density of the mix.
