1986 to 2022: DBA as Audley & Associates: Provided appraisal, feasibility and consultation services to financial institutions, municipalities individuals and investors.

1989 to 1995: Partner, Real Estate Investor Services: A real estate brokerage firm that provided brokerage and appraisal services throughout the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area.

1981 to 1995: Sales Manager, Zeigler Realty Services: Managed sales associates as well as sold real estate in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

1976 to 1981: Assistant City Manager and Community Development Director, City of Lincoln Heights, Ohio: Designed, implemented and managed over $5 million of the communities Urban Renewal and Community Development capital improvement projects.

1973 to 1976: City Planner, Rockford-Winnebago County Planning Commission, Rockford, Illinois: Conducted major Housing and Market Analysis for Winnebago County. Designed and authored the City of Rockford’s firs Community Development Block Grant Program. Major researcher for traffic study for contract with U.S Dept. of Transportation.
