I have the following extensive experience in data evaluation and programs initiated as a result of evaluation of weekly data. I was made Executive Director of a Dental Clinic with 12 parttime staff and 10,000 patients after 3 months employment. I began an administrative education program to enhance my skills and met with a data consultant once a week for 52 weeks. Guided by the consultantI wrote administrative programs weekly and implemented the program with a one week deadline. After a year oftraining and meeting with a consultantI evaluated data on Monday mornings and executed the improvement programs weekly for the next 9 years. Over the next 9 years the clinic evolved from 12 parttime staff to 4 full-time well trained staff and a production increase of 4x. I am trained using data evaluation and have experience using data evaluation to evolve a staff to be more efficient and enhance staff job fulfilment. I did this again at my next dental practice job, I was made executive director after 1 month and took a 3 staff practice to 4 staff and 3x production. I did this and also was a fulltime clinician treating a full load of patients. After working at this clinic for 5 years I started a new clinic and was a success from month one. I used my training of weekly data analysis to write programs and plans to improve staff production in three different clinic environments.
