Bachelor of Science Chemical Engineering: Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) … May 2025 Master of Science Chemical Engineering: Worcester Polytechnic Institute Dec 2025 Relevant Coursework: Cell biology, Introduction to Biological Engineering, Introduction to Environmental and Sustainability Studies, Transport & Transformations in the Environment (Air Emissions), Biochemical Engineering,* Methods of Downstream Processing and Protein Purification,* Upscale of Bioprocesses*

*in fulfillment of a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in bioengineering Affiliations: AIChE, WPI Varsity Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Skills:

Laboratory: Spectroscopy (NMR, FTIR, UV), Chromatography (TLC, UPLC, GC), Spectrometry

(ICP-MS), Biological Assays (ELISA), Emissions modeling, HAZOP analysis, PFD/P&ID Software: Microsoft Office, Google Office, LIMS, MATLAB, AutoCAD, AspenPlus Experience:

Doble Engineering, Intern: Marlborough, MA May 2024 - Aug 2024

● Performed QA tests on the chemical properties (dielectric constant, corrosive sulfur contamination, interfacial tension, dissolved gas analysis, etc.) of insulating materials of power transformers to ensure safe and reliable power for customers.

● Worked in a collaborative laboratory environment with a team of about 15 chemists.

● Managed orders from several international customers and provided accurate, timely test results. Documented results in LIMS.

● Analyzed failed transformer parts for root causes of failure. Undergraduate Research Assistant: Worcester Polytechnic Institute March 2023 - Dec 2023

● Grew plant cell cultures in shaken flasks and petri dishes for several months. Used sterile laboratory procedures to transfer cell cultures weekly. Performed biological assays (ELISA, Rezasurin) to evaluate the composition of the cell cultures.

● Designed experiments to determine optimal conditions (media composition, flask volume, temperature, etc.) to produce the desired saponin. Quantified the concentration of the desired pharmaceutical compound using UPLC.

Graduate Qualifying Project: Evaluating the Remediation Potential of Vegetation for Lead- Contaminated Soil, Advised by Professor Steven J. Kmiotek (WPI) ……. Aug 2024 - Dec 2025

● Collaborated with 3 local community gardens to determine the dominant contaminants of concern in Worcester, MA. Compared community perceptions of the risk of contaminants with GIS data.

● Grew 3 types of vegetation in soil contaminated with 3 different concentrations of lead for 2 months. Analyzed the quantity of lead absorbed in the roots, stems, and leaves of each plant using ICP-MS. Assessed the impact of lead contamination on the plant structures using SEM.

● Determined if lead-contaminated biomass after phytoremediation was hazardous waste using toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP).
