Variable pay will be released on quarterly basis based on the service revenue.

Gratuity will be paid as per “The Payment of Gratuity Act”
PF amount – Rs.1, 800/- will be deducted from the Gross salary.
The uniform amount will be deducted from your first salary and the same will be reimbursed upon completion of 1 year.
All statutes/laws that apply to employees, including Provident Fund, Professional Tax, and Income Tax, will apply to you.
