Lead a team of HSSEQ Officers for the development and implementation of HSSEQ strategic and action plans through the development, implementation and management of strategies to prevent workplace injuries, traffic accident and environmental upsets. Promote and maintain responsibility for jobsite safety [mines & oil depots/stations], encouraging safe work practices and emergency preparedness. Report monthly performance & ensure quality standards requirement implementation of all HSSEQ aspects. Implement, execute and ensure HSSEQ Management System compliance with PATROM Transport Safety Management System, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015. Perform internal HSSEQ audits, inspections, risk assessment and incident investigations to determine root cause of incidents. Key Responsibilities:

1. SHE Management Systems: Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001-aligned systems. 2. Liaised and coordinated risk assessments, health and safety inspections at surface and underground operations areas. Conducted plant wide investigation of all occupational health and safety related incidents, including community monitoring, diagnosis, collaboration and communication on environmental pollution.
