Promote and maintain responsibility for jobsite safety [mines & oil depots/stations], encouraging safe work practices and emergency preparedness. Report monthly performance & ensure quality standards requirement implementation of all HSSEQ aspects. Implement, execute and ensure HSSEQ Management System compliance with PATROM Transport Safety Management System, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015. Perform internal HSSEQ audits, inspections, risk assessment and incident investigations to determine root cause of incidents. Key Responsibilities:

1. SHE Management Systems: Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001-aligned systems. 2. Risk Assessment & Hazard Control: Skilled in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), and development of preventive controls. 3. Accident & Incident Investigation: Root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action planning, and incident reporting in compliance with statutory requirements.
