CAREER SUMMARY:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Involvement on FEED/ DD, FID and EPC Execution works
Working together with Planning Manager for the preparation of project planning and scheduling for the project.
Communicate with other discipline managers, supervisors and colleagues throughout the project.
Preparation of schedule in line with the project scope of work and execution plan for Construction of project within Projects Design and Specifications.
•Develops, Implements and updates the Baseline Schedule and detailed working schedules including forecast.
•Establishes progress measurement and tracking procedure/ method as a basis on production control.
•Establishes a complete Planning Package as per requirement i.e. Overall Project S-Curves, Key Quantities Histograms, Direct and Indirect Manpower Histograms, Schedule Basis Memorandum, Equipment Histogram, and P6 schedule forecasting/ back up (labour & quantity) respectively.
•Monitor overall and detailed project schedule on a periodic and timely manner. Monitors and updates project schedule (planned vs. actual) giving emphasis in the preparation of look-ahead schedule for construction works including forecast.
•Prepare schedule variance analysis report based on actual work progress vs. critical activities and key milestones driving the overall control of the project.
•Prepares three months look-ahead schedules based on approved current schedule considering actual site condition and information.
Attends project weekly and monthly progress coordination meeting and prepares weekly and monthly progress reports.
Monitors man-hours parameter vs. actual hours and prepares Quantity Tracking report.
Responsible for the preparation of prompt and accurate progress reports and resources using Primavera P6 Professional R25.1 and/ or Microsoft project Planner.
