Bank Of America / Sub-Contractor: Install CISCO Video -Conferencing Network. Customer required installation to upgrade outdated conferencing system. Inquired to ensure all concerns were met during the installation. Problem shared, need to use preinstalled wall-plates
& some existing wire with new system, to cut added cost, while ensuring proper wire management
& maintain equipment concealment.
COGENT FIBER HUB @ NASCAR: Reroute Fiber for Data Communications Upgrade of Major Client Locate specified fiber lines to break and reroute to updated communication system. Challenge: Decommissioning existing fiber route, Ensuring errorless connectivity to dedicated fibers for new fiber route, scheduling controlled outages to avoid work interruptions, . Coca-Cola: Remove Outdated Network / Conferencing Equipment & Install Smart Systems. Customer required logistics mgmt. of equipment delivery to coincide with phases of installment and new rack builds for proper equipment placement. Challenge Presented: 20 additional installs added, and slight reconfiguration with request to not exceed previously contracted deadline or budget. Resolution: Client request met in spec., on time, and within budget. Star Bucks: No Video Thumbnail Transfer From Cashier To Digital Signage. Tested cable at both ends to ensure communications transfer to screen display, which passed. Tested quality of video card. Resolution: Replaced the HDMI cable to video transfer. Vulnerability Management: See Without Being Seen For Personal Safety At Home. Deinstalled outdated / inefficient system. Provided thorough grounds assessment resulting in upgraded system with mobile viewing capability, providing surveillance of blind spots on properties without detection by possible intruders.10 Hard-wired surveillance cameras with dual communication capabilities. Viewable thru home TV's and mobile phones. Event Space Build: Reconfigure Commercial Spaces To Outfit with Audio and Video-Monitor Displays For Public Event Entertainment.
Provided two-zone, independently controlled, single-source / multi-source display and sound system. Configuration included wire concealment, termination & testing for the 8 Monitors / 8 speaker system. Repair Hospital Critical Patient-Support Technology Systems – Hospital experiencing downed mobile medical workstations, which crippled efficiency in patient-care updates. Tested for issues to successfully trouble-shoot and remediate issues with 20 mobile medical workstations to put hospital back in good standing with their mobile patient care capabilities.
