Currently G.L.O.M mental rehabilitation in patient facility - February 2024-NOW- I’m a residential counselor, I work the noc shift from 12am-8:30am I am responsible to know where all 35 of my clients are at all time and accounted for every 30 mins, I wake them up and make sure they start there daily tasks. As in showering, making there bed, brushing their teeth, sweeping/ mopping their rooms, take their medication and make sure they have breakfast. I interact with the clients more then you would normally think for those hours of work, the reason being I have to tend to them if they need redirecting or counseling to help them settle down from a crisis or an episode and their hallucinations.
