Predictable and Probable causes finding in Starter Motor, Wiper
Motor & Alternator & BLDC Motors.
Eliminating Customer line rejections by finding the root causes of the defects by using
Quality tools.
Warranty Analysis and find the root cause and addressed
M&M & AL Dealer end attend Vehicle level issue and finding the root cause

Wiper Motor Properly not working)
Conduct Reverse Audit (or) Product Audit
Conduct the Poke-Yoke Audit in all main assembly and sub assembly lines of Wiper
motor, Starter Motor & Alternator.
Identifying area of obstruction/quality failures in assembly lines and advising on
process changes for quality improvements.
Review and analysis for assembly line rejections and customer line rejections.
Experienced in line layout modifications.
Report preparation for quality review meetings.
Review, Follow up and verification of Actions implemented process / product audit
NC’s and scraps.
Coordinate with the QA Engineer regarding work performance and hold authority to
stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and maintain the quality
as per company’s quality policy.
Kakatora updates and monthly basis kaizen.
