Maintaining Accurate Records: Collecting, compiling, processing, and maintaining patient health records, ensuring they are accurate and secure.

Organizing and Filing: Properly classifying, coding, indexing, and filing medical records for easy retrieval and reporting.

Data Entry and Coding: Inputting patient data into electronic health record (EHR) systems and assigning appropriate medical codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.

Maintaining Confidentiality: Ensuring the privacy and security of patient information, adhering to relevant regulations and policies.

Generating Reports: Producing timely reports, data summaries, and statistics to support program management and decision-making.

Data Analysis: Analyzing and interpreting data on patient statistics, disease trends, and other relevant information to identify patterns and trends.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Participating in internal audits, quality improvement activities, and periodic evaluations of health records systems.
