Experience for more than 18 years in the field of Engineering and Project Management, execute a lot of Oil & Gas and non-Oil & Gas projects inside Egypt and outside Egypt. Proficient in delivering and reviewing technical documents and services across various project phases including conceptual design, feasibility study, FEED and detailed engineering. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.

Preparing and reviewing I&C proposals for projects in the bidding stage including issuing SOW, priced MTOs, MRQs and getting budgetary quotations for the required I&C scope.

Design of Integrated control systems including ICSS, DCS, PLC, ESD, FGS and SCADA to ensure seamless operation and real time monitoring of industrial processes.

Ensured all instrumentation and control designs adhere to industry standards and safety regulations including IEC, ISA and SIL requirements.

Developing and reviewing detailed engineering deliverables including P&IDs, specifications, data sheets, I/O Lists, Instrument Indexes, cable schedules, cable routing, loop diagram, wiring, schematics, C&E, instrumentation layouts, Hookup diagrams …. etc.

Preparation of I&C MRQs for Instrumentation, Metering systems, Control Systems, (SCADA, DCS, PLC), ESD, Leak Detection System, Intrusion System, RTU, Control Valves, WHCP, SDH, Fiber Optic equipment’s, Radio Communication, Wired and Wireless Communication systems, Cables and Accessories…etc.

Technical evaluation of vendors’ offers, vendor prints review, Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Tests witnessing.

Collaborated with vendors and suppliers to specify, select and procure instrumentation and control equipment, ensuring compatibility and adherence to project specifications and standards.

Proficiency in hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies and safety integrity level (SIL) assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards in instrumentation and control systems.

Proficient in conducting thorough site visits and skillfully documenting findings in comprehensive reports.

Coordination with construction teams to ensure proper installation and pre commissioning of instrumentation and control systems on site.

Experience in F&G system design, supply and integration activities.

Experience in design, preparation of MRQs and integration of Light Current and Telecommunication systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection Systems, PAGA, IP Telephony, Fire Alarm, Microwave, and Network Infrastructure.

Experience in leading commissioning and startup activities for instrumentation and control systems with successful coordination with other engineering disciplines and contractors during the commissioning phase.
