• Preparation and review of the method statements, risk assessment, SOP, ERP, SRP, O&M plans, and HIAM plans.

• Reviewing the monthly consumption of spares & Procurement of spares based on the availability & requirement.

• Analyzing and preparation of Root cause analysis,5Y analysis, MTTR & MTBF for all the critical asset failures.

• Preparation & Execution of Power consumption optimization plan and conducting energy audits to minimize the power consumption and effective utilization of power consumption.

• Develop and maintain for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual maintenance reports.

• Responsible for ensuring that all the assets available in the facility and buildings are safe to use and fit for purpose.

• Generation of inspection reports for the works completed by other contractors and preparation of snag list.

• Preparation and submission of management contractual & tender documents.

• Attending project progress meetings and Coordinates with respective engineers for feasibility and work coordination.

• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

• Preparation and review of SOW & BOQ for all the jobs related to new installations and modifications with reference to QCS and international standards.

• Review the scope of work and ensure that all the necessary drawings/documents are available for the proper completion of assigned scope of work.

• Developing specifications for modifying facilities and special requirements for industrial installations and determining availability and quality of materials.

• Thorough working knowledge to prepare and oversee the development of key project deliverables including BOM, project layout drawings, GA, SLD, Cable sizing calculations, Selection of Motor and calculation of electrical load list.

• Attending the SAT and FAT inspections for the new projects and generation of reports for the same.

• Responsible for handing over and taking over of a site for operation. Attending technical & kickoff meetings.

• Review and finalize cost estimates and outline programs for new projects/works for inclusion in annual budget and providing input on budgeting team.

• Responsible for reviewing the tender documents and attending site inspections for the preparation of estimated cost.

• Handling (FEED)Engineering document and encompassing site survey for finalizing engineering and safety deliverables and conducting study analysis (HAZOP & SAFOP).

• Developing baselines and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the same. Technical capabilities
