Key Responsibility

Procurement of all CAPEX Products in Pan India.

Research and sourcing new suppliers, vendors and manufacturer in Pan India.

Sourcing materials, goods, products and services and negotiating the best or most cost

Effective contracts and deals.

Send request for Quotation.

Check Quotation, price, vendor location, Price Negotiation, transportation and Maintaining payment terms and taxes of vendors especially in new development.

Create purchase orders.

Coordinating with the vendors for delivery and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

Responsible for Logistic and delivery process.

Prepare the GRN of invoices on a daily basis

Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in timely manner. Handle all the functions of the purchase of direct or indirect materials.

Developing new vendors for cost innovation and for new products.

Coordinate with Account Department for bill passing and payment.

Follow up all activities in Purchase Department, Maintaining the documents.

End to End procurement.
