WORK EXPERIENCE

Ludlum Measurements Inc- Warehouse clerk

2018–2021

Great customer service, had to wait on customers

and get the parts they needed from our warehouse. I moved up in the warehouse relatively quickly due to skills and grasping concepts that were asked of me, I started as a tagger which is counting labeling and putting the parts up in designated locations, worked my way up to receive purchased parts, then

promoted to cycle counter counting, (I have two

years’ experience with this) and entering correct

counts and finding what was off if so, later to move up to shop parts- receiving tagging and issuing in house parts. I have 4 years’ experience of inventory in a large warehouse over 4 thousand parts, which

later allowed me to learn to purchase, I handled

ordering and entering purchase orders for all of our supplies and office supplies with retailers (I have 2 year experience.) All of which gives me 5 years

experience with MAX and knowing how to fully run

and use things like MRP associated with it.

Ludlum Measurements Inc- Machinist

2021- 2022

I have to use various saws, and use tape measure

and calipers to make my cuts of various materials, such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, ABS and PVC. I have to know how to fix minor things on my machines such as blades changed, speeds,

and how to preform monthly maintenance on my

machines as well. I have also recently moved up to a Finn Power turret punch press where I have to

maintain and meet due dates so that jobs can go

out to customers at their designated times. Program the machine, set up all tooling (punch and dies) in the correct die clearance. Load all the tools to fully set up and operate the machine. I also receive in

and do the warehouse duties as listed above for our warehouse in the shop as well. I am fork lift certified through Ludlums since June 2021.

LUDLUM MEASUREMENTS- SHOP SUPERVISOR

2022- 2023

I am our shop programmer I create all of our “nests” to allow the Finn Power to run properly. I check on everyone to make sure they are finishing the jobs

correctly with enough time for the next step or steps in the job process to be done before the due date

given. I have to keep track of everyone’s “indirect” times and make sure they don’t get too high. Also

make sure everyone does routine maintenance on

the machines like they are supposed to and keep up with filing the paper work for the monthly, quarter and yearly audit. Allow guidance when something is done incorrectly and help anyone when needed.

Make sure that the different departments aren’t

behind that I could pull someone or myself from

somewhere else to help them and also move parts to designated areas throughout the facilities.

West Texas Center MHMR- Case Manager- QMHP-CS

I am currently employed with WTC, I have a very

large case load with a lot of children, I have to

monitor the times and make sure I am meeting the

required times for each client. Give them resources as they need, and also work on skills with them

weather it be to work on coping skills for anger,

anxiety, depression or schizophrenia. I am also on selected on call days to work as a crisis worker once our hot line is reached they send us out to do

assessments on the patient to see if they will be send home on a safety plan on to the psychiatric hospital to get further help they may need.
