5.Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
The operational function of a Senior System Analyst is to create a user’s name and manage the user’s documentary for ministries and agencies
I also manage the Chart of Account of the national budget, of the Republic of Liberia
As a Senior System Analyst serve as the eye on the systems for Comptroller and Accountant General
I create Ministries and Agencies classification and institutional codes for preparation for the national budget of the Republic of Liberia
As a Senior System Analyst has the responsibility to create vendors and business entities on the free-balance System for government payment
I create vouchers and local purchase orders on OVTS for ministries and agencies that don’t have the facilities to perform said duties from their various institutions.
