Conduct benefits orientation sessions and ensure employees are well-informed of their options and responsibilities.

Partner with leadership to evaluate and recommend benefit plan design changes based on employee needs, market trends, and cost analysis.

Monitor and report on benefits usage, costs, and trends to support strategic planning.

Manage workers' compensation and unemployment claims process.

Leading year-end compliance processes, ensuring items such as the annual 5500 filing and 401k non-discrimination testing, PCORI filings, etc. are timely and accurately completed.
