For the Department of Homeland Security (DHS):
1.As a Functional Test and Evaluation (FT&E) specialist within DevOps, tested four (4) Agile Release Train (ART) applications—ServiceNow, Ingest Processing Application (IPA), SwimLane, and Google Cloud Platform Transfer on Location Optimized Node (GCP Talon) within cloud environments, ensured seamless information shared with agencies such as Threat Hunt (TH) and Vulnerability Management (VM).
2.Conducted functional testing of Unified Work-Flow (UWF) a web-based application within ServiceNow.
3.Reviewed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with requirements.
4.Executed the test in ServiceNow, analyzed the results, documented and tracked defects using Jira.
5.Developed test procedures for each release using Zephyr, followed by generating comprehensive test reports.
6.Collaborated directly with customers, teammates, and functional peer groups to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
7.Tested IPA, SwimLane, and GCP-Talon within the Amazon Workspace environment.
8.Verified backend data storage, ensured information was correctly stored within Amazon's Simple Storage Service (S3) after Cron job execution.
9.Participated in daily stand-up meetings as part of Agile methodologies.
10.Previously conducted testing within a Linux/Agile DevSecOps environment FLAREClient, Automated Indicator Sharing (AIS).
Tested the AIS and FLARESuite systems, ensured alert indicators were successfully disseminated to federal agencies and external entities.
11.Performed end-to-end testing by ingested Structured Threat Indicator eXpression (STIX) and JSON files, validated cyber threat indicators received in AIS and FLARE system components.
12.Verified that STIX/JSON files correctly arrived in AIS/FLARESuite component log files.

For the Department of Defense (DoD):
1.Tested the Biometrics Automated Toolset (BAT) and the Biometrics Automated Toolset –Army (BAT-A) website (BAT.Web) ensuring the ability to support multiple biometric modalities such as fingerprint, iris, face recognition, voice, etc.
2.Conducted technical reviews and analyzed System Requirements Review (SRR) documents, Test Readiness Review documents, Test Plan and Version Description Documents (VDD)
3.Installed and configured Dell PowerEdge Server Platform (VRTX) with the new software build; performed hardware/software mitigation during failed software builds
4.Created test cases utilizing TestTrack Pro Client (Lifecycle Management Software)
5.Performed regression testing and system testing to ensure the new software build/updated patch works as expected
6.Performed the Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) regression test to ensure the new patch doesn’t adversely impact the database server, BAT and BAT.Web applications
7.Performed enrollments using devices to ensure biometrics are captured successfully, and images saved as expected
8.Verified tables in SQL Server Database to ensure they were updated with correct data within each table
