● Responsible for Europe and Southeast Asia Countries, Austria, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Invoice processing,

● Ensure taxes are calculated and processed as per the invoice copy to avoid short payments.

● Clearing out parked invoices, such as PO issues, incorrect invoices, and VAT issues etc.

● Getting approval for blocked and rejected invoices from the respective stakeholders.

● Chasing the concerned Buyer for blocked invoices due to GR not full updated /partially updated.

● Preparing RBAM reports for block activities

● Allocation of vendor query tickets to the team members.

● Handling Vendor queries ( Remittance, payment status, Audit confirmations) and maintaining SLA’s

● Handling month-end activities - Vendor reconciliation.

● Reconciling the supplier statement and providing a clear view of invoice status by line-item level

● Maintaining Productivity Tracker for the team.

● Sharing the BCI report to vendors on a monthly.

● Preparing a Slam report monthly basis.
